Lemon Sky Studios is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to manage and expand Greater China-based accounts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, building client relationships, negotiating agreements, and monitoring sales performance. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report key metrics to the executive team, contributing to the global animation studio's growth.
Must have:
Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
Monitor personal sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
Track and report key business development metrics and KPIs.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in animation/gaming.
Strong understanding of the Greater China market and business culture.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Good to have:
Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving results.
Lemon Sky Studios, a global animation studio, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the BD Director. This role will focus on managing and expanding our Greater China-based accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams for the covered market.
Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market research findings.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.
Monitor personal sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies.
Track and report key business development metrics and KPIs to the executive team.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the animation, gaming, or related industries.
Strong understanding of the Greater China market and business culture.
