Head of Marketing (Macau Retail Business)

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing professional to fill the position of Head of Marketing for one of our Macau clients. This is an opportunity to lead a diverse team of over 30+ people, while reporting directly to the head of the business. Station in Macau is a must for this role.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that will drive business’s growth.
• Oversee all marketing operations and the marketing team.
• Establish a strong, long-term web presence.
• Drive the development of domestic market.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Have a deep understanding of China's social media landscape and develop strategies to utilize it effectively.
• Responsible for the brand image communication of the entire line of products and services.

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Significant experience in retail, with an understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
• Strong experience with China social media platforms like WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, etc.
• Excellent leadership and organizing skills.
• Analytical and creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
