Job Description

The Housekeeping Floor Host at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels contributes to creating a memorable and home-away-from-home experience for guests. Responsibilities include thorough room cleaning (making beds, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing linens and amenities), and prompt responses to guest requests and inquiries, providing directions and information. The role requires shift work, typically morning (8:30 am to 5:30 pm) or afternoon (2:30 pm to 11:30 pm) shifts, with full-time availability across various days, including weekends and holidays, essential. The position requires interacting directly with guests and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

1+ year housekeeping experience
Independent room cleaning
Physical ability to lift items
Full-time availability
Guest interaction skills

Good to have:

Relevant housekeeping training

Job Summary:

For many of our Guests, staying at one of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels is a dream come true. Our Housekeeping Floor Hosts help bring those dreams to life by creating special memories and a home-away-from-home experience for each of our Guests everyday.

This position requires shift duty.
Typical shift hour: Morning shift (8:30am to 5:30pm) ; Afternoon shift (2:30pm to 11:30pm).

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Housekeeping team, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overall cleaning of Guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming and dusting and replenishing items such as linens, amenities and various supplies. Housekeeping Cast Members also interact with Guests daily, responding in a timely manner to their requests, assisting with directions and sharing information.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 1 year housekeeping experience in hospitality industry
Able to clean up hotel rooms independently
Work involve lifting
Full-Time availability is required. This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift.

Qualification with relevant housekeeping training course will be an advantage

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company - typically 5 to 6 working days per week including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
