  • Job Summary
    • Own the revenue outcomes of HP Connect (Physical Centre and Digital) business in India.
    • HP Connect: Physical Centre are experience centres in the industrial clusters showcasing HP’s Commercial product portfolio. This initiative aims to address the IT ecosystem needs of Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses (MSMBs) by providing tailored IT solutions.
    • HP Connect: Digital is an online portal for HP’s Commercial product portfolio. This initiative aims to address the IT ecosystem needs of Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses (MSMBs) by providing tailored IT solutions.
    • Play the role of a catalyst to create success by providing meaningful and relevant products and solutions to MSMEs through online portal.
       
  • Responsibilities
    • Own relations and engagement and drive revenue goals for HP Connect (physical centres and digital) business. Constantly review the business and deliver the desired outcomes.
    • Create an integrated omnichannel customer experience across physical and digital channels.
    • Ensure seamless customer journey and experience by leveraging the physical and digital channel of HP Connect.
    • Works closely with internal teams such as sales, category, marketing, GTM, operations, digital agency etc. to ensure the delivery of agreed sales numbers.
    • Customer satisfaction (MSMEs)
      • Driving initiatives to maintain regular visits in the HP Connect portal and physical centres.
      • Tracking customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS, CSAT etc.
      • Overall, making sure that the customers have great experience upholding high standards to generate positive word-of-mouth and traffic to the portal.
    • Collaborates with the Category, Marketing, and Digital teams to innovate and create new use cases and experiences for the MSMEs to generate organic traffic and achieve high conversion percentage.
    • Collects and analyses data to measure process performance and user insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
    • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, feedback, and requirements for process improvements.
    • Continuous learning and development of the Solutions Experts
    • Stays current with industry best practices and emerging trends in the IT and MSMEs sector.

  • Education & Experience Recommended
    • 15+ years of work experience in sales and marketing
    • MBA from a Tier1/Tier2 institute (preferred not mandatory)
    • Core Sales experience
    • B2B/Must have experience in Commercial or SMB segment. Must have driven sale to commercial portfolio.
