The HR Ops Analyst serves as the regional operational resource for Latin America, supporting local EHRBPs in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Brazil. Key responsibilities include managing employee benefits (meal vouchers, gas vouchers, remote work vouchers, medical insurance), creating employment letters, managing intern administrative processes and invoices, maintaining HR information systems, tracking probation periods, handling payroll inputs, recording personnel changes, managing executive car fleets, managing remote work allowances, generating reports, managing profit-sharing payments for former colleagues, responding to HR inquiries, and vendor management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing HR processes. Advanced English is mandatory, and Portuguese is a plus.
