Key responsibilities include aligning HR practices with business goals, partnering with senior stakeholders to address organizational challenges, and executing talent engagement, performance improvement, and career development strategies. The role also involves enhancing employee satisfaction and retention, overseeing performance management, leading change management initiatives, analyzing employee data for actionable insights, managing HR operations and compliance, and fostering a collaborative internal community. This requires expertise in performance management, stakeholder engagement, retention strategies, digital tools, HRIS management, and data analytics.

About the Role:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in driving the HR strategy to support business growth and talent needs. This role requires partnering with senior stakeholders to create an engaging and collaborative work culture while managing a span of 300–400 employees. The HRBP will lead initiatives in employee engagement, talent retention, performance management, and organizational change, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Governance:
Drive governance on key HR metrics such as retention, engagement, and cost optimization for a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Align HR practices with business goals to ensure sustainable growth.
Stakeholder and Talent Management:
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and address organizational challenges.
Develop and execute strategies for talent engagement, performance improvement, and career development.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Lead engagement activities to create a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management system, ensuring adherence to processes and fairness.
Review and guide the implementation of developmental plans for employees.
Change and Transformation Initiatives:
Lead change management efforts to drive culture, performance, recognition, and policy-related transformations.
Facilitate smooth transitions during organizational restructuring and growth phases.
Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze employee performance and engagement data to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
HR Operations and Compliance:
Manage HR operations, including grievance handling and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to streamline HR processes and policies.
Community Building:
Curate and manage an engaging internal community using platforms like Discord and Slack to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Create exciting and interactive content using tools like Canva, Figma, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements:
MBA in Human Resource Management or an equivalent degree.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a core HRBP role, preferably in a tech or e-commerce setup.
Proven expertise in performance management, stakeholder engagement, and retention strategies.
Hands-on experience with digital tools, HRIS management, and data analytics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and content creation tools like Canva and Figma.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of HR compliance and employee grievance resolution.
Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
