You will coordinate influencer partnerships, engage with the community, and ensure post-launch engagement is maintained. Description 

As the Social Media & Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily activities across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads) and for building strong relationships with the game’s community. You will implement strategies to drive sign-ups pre-launch and ensure ongoing engagement post-launch. This includes coordinating influencer partnerships, responding to user comments, managing contests, and handling user-generated content. Your work will be integral to growing and maintaining a strong community around the brand.

The Social Media & Community Manager will be measured by the following performance metrics:

  • Social Media Engagement
    • Engagement rate across social platforms (likes, shares, comments, participation in contests)
  • Community Growth
    • Growth in the number of followers and community members across social platforms
  • Influencer Partnerships
    • Number and quality of influencer partnerships successfully managed and aligned with brand goals
  • Response Rate to User Comments
    • Timely responses to user comments and engagement in conversations
  • User-Generated Content (UGC) and Contests
    • Number of successful UGC initiatives and social media contests managed
  • Post-Launch Engagement
    • Maintaining community engagement and content activity post-launch
