Job Description

This Product Manager role is focused on implementing a marketing strategy to drive sustainable growth for SBA products. You'll be responsible for solving complex problems creatively, supporting local sales activities, adapting product launch processes, managing product lifecycles, and developing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). You'll conduct market research, create marketing plans, identify and implement new product ideas, analyze competitors, and lead special projects. You'll also develop marketing communications materials, manage customer databases, provide technical support to the sales force, and coordinate participation in workshops and presentations. This position requires a strong understanding of scientific and ethical principles.

  • Identifies, implements, and plans new product styles, patterns, line extensions, demand, and deletions
  • Creation and implementation and updation of Marketing Plans
  • Develops, analyzes and maintains competitive profiles for products and competition
  • Conceptualize and lead special projects and campaigns
  • Provides Solutions in a scientific and best possible ethical way to solve customer problems
  • Develops all marketing communications materials and promo inputs
  • Creates dynamic customer database
  • Provides technical product support to the sales force
  • Coordinates participation at workshops, group meetings, and group presentations
  • Produces accurate product sales forecasts
  • Effective preparation and execution of launch plans
  • Formulates effective pricing strategies
  • Develops short-term product promotion strategies
  • Create Marketing Strategy to Maximize the contribution from New product launches
  • Follow the SOP for new product launch
  • Create controlling tools for post launch monitoring
  • Liaise with regulatory department

  • Creation and implementation and updation of Marketing Plans

  • Provides Solutions in a scientific and best possible ethical way to solve customer problems
  • Develops all marketing communications materials and promo inputs (catalogs, brochures, give-aways, press releases, and training materials) for assigned product line in creative and scientific way
  • Creates dynamic customer database & distributes updates on products, the market, and competitive activities.
  • Provides technical product support to the sales force,
  • Coordinates participation at workshops, group meetings, and group presentations through scientific support
  • Requires no instruction on routine work and only general instructions on new assignments.
  • Produces accurate product sales forecasts in conjunction with SCM and maintains on a monthly basis. Effective preparation and execution of launch plans
  • Formulates effective pricing strategies. Develops short-term product promotion strategies.
  • Create Marketing Strategy to Maximize the contribution from New product launches
  • Follow the SOP for new product launch with regards to article creation, ordering, inventory management and sales follow up
  • Create controlling tools for post launch monitoring
  • Liaise with regulatory department for regulatory framework for product registrations.
