This Product Manager role is focused on implementing a marketing strategy to drive sustainable growth for SBA products. You'll be responsible for solving complex problems creatively, supporting local sales activities, adapting product launch processes, managing product lifecycles, and developing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). You'll conduct market research, create marketing plans, identify and implement new product ideas, analyze competitors, and lead special projects. You'll also develop marketing communications materials, manage customer databases, provide technical support to the sales force, and coordinate participation in workshops and presentations. This position requires a strong understanding of scientific and ethical principles.

Produces accurate product sales forecasts
Effective preparation and execution of launch plans
Formulates effective pricing strategies
Develops short-term product promotion strategies
Create Marketing Strategy to Maximize the contribution from New product launches
Follow the SOP for new product launch
Create controlling tools for post launch monitoring
