About the Role:
As a Growth Marketing Manager for Talent Outreach, you will experiment with cutting-edge marketing tactics to reach, engage, and convert top-tier candidates. You will run A/B tests, optimize outreach funnels, and drive applications at scale.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a scalable candidate acquisition strategy using paid and organic channels.
• Optimize and A/B test messaging, CTAs, and conversion tactics to improve response rates.
• Automate lead nurturing campaigns via email, SMS, and chatbot sequences.
• Leverage data insights to adjust marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance candidate experience and conversion rates.
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or recruitment marketing.
• Proficiency in lead generation, funnel optimization, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and retarget.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
