Art Director – Marketing Campaigns (Contract)

We are excited to partner with our global account firm client to find a talented Art Director for an immediate contract opportunity. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility of working EST hours, with a 3-6 month contract duration that may extend or convert into a permanent role.

Opportunity Overview:

As an Art Director, you will be an integral part of the Creative & Marketing team, bringing innovative digital campaigns to life for a diverse range of clients. You’ll lead ideation sessions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop creative solutions to address complex business challenges. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that will allow you to influence creative strategies, mentor junior designers, and work on award-winning deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and ideate: Drive innovative digital campaign strategies and solutions across a wide range of client projects.
• Influence creative direction: Shape strategic visions and provide solutions to clients' most complex business challenges.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with financial and accounting teams to streamline solutions, promote collaboration, and improve best practices.
• Creative leadership: Facilitate creative ideation sessions, mentor junior designers, and be hands-on in the development of deliverables.
• Problem-solving: Tackle design challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect results.
• Project management: Manage storyboards, creative briefs, and client communications while ensuring the quality of deliverables.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Experience: Previous experience as an Art Director, preferably in a large, multi-tiered organization. A background in finance is highly preferred.
• Portfolio: A pixel-perfect portfolio that showcases T-shaped experience across various marketing touchpoints is required.
• Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and PowerPoint. Experience with Figma is a plus.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the assignment must last at least 10 weeks.
