Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies: Collaborate with senior management to define and execute strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and sales targets for specific Markets programs. Data analysis and reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, target segments, and potential risks. Provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Sales enablement:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and tools that support the sector teams in effectively communicating our value proposition and winning new clients. Ensure sales representatives have the necessary resources and training to meet their targets.
Implement solutions to enhance productivity, accelerate sales cycles, and increase win rates.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, and operations, to align with team company initiatives and drive cross-functional projects that support sales growth and client satisfaction.
