Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

• Coordinate with vendors for profiles requirement.

• Candidate pipeline tracking, Offer process and onboarding logistics

• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

• Review resumes and applications, and help identify potential candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers and interview panels on profile shortlisting, interview scheduling and feedback collection.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data.

• Conduct market research on industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

What Makes You Qualified?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ATS or HR tools is a plus.

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
