Job Description

The Senior Software Engineer will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, translating business needs into impactful technical solutions. They will lead the development and delivery of technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive project execution independently. The engineer will maintain and enhance backend services, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance. The role requires expertise in backend development, RESTful services (Kotlin or Java with Spring Boot), GraphQL APIs, database proficiency (PostgreSQL or MongoDB), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. Frontend exposure with UI frameworks like Angular is also expected. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, work independently, and be proactive in innovation and improvement.
Must Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in backend development
  • Experience in building RESTful services
  • Experience with GraphQL technologies
  • Expertise in relational and JSON-based databases
  • Familiarity with major cloud services
  • Proficiency in Docker with familiarity in Kubernetes
  • Experience with CICD pipelines
  • Experience with UI frameworks preferably Angular

Senior Software Engineer BackendFocused FullStack Flexibility We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer to take ownership of endtoend delivery The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of handson experience and a strong ability to translate business needs into impactful technical solutions You should be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively across teams and driving results independently

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of technical solutions ensuring highquality outcomes

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical deliverables

Independently drive project execution from design to deployment

Maintain and enhance backend services ensuring robustness scalability and performance

Technical Qualifications

Backend Development Expertise Strong experience in building RESTful services preferably with Kotlin or Java using Spring Boot solid experience across the Java ecosystem is highly valued

GraphQL API Experience Handson experience with GraphQL technologies

Database Proficiency Expertise in relational and JSONbased databases ideally PostgreSQL or MongoDB with some experience in JSONB structures

Cloud Platform Knowledge Familiarity with major cloud services AWS Azure or Google Cloud

Containerization Orchestration Proficiency in Docker with familiarity in Kubernetes being a strong advantage

Continuous Integration Deployment Experience with CICD pipelines is beneficial

Frontend Exposure Experience with UI frameworks preferably Angular and a willingness to contribute to frontend development when needed

Preferred Qualities

Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently

Flexibility to engage with both backend and frontend development as required

Proactive approach to innovation and improvement
