Position Summary
Thales requires a
Junior Equipment Health Monitoring (EHM) Technical Specialist to support the implementation, execution, maintenance, and optimization of Condition Based Monitoring strategies, ensuring reliability and efficiency of critical program assets.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assist in the collection and validation data from EHM program elements.
- Support the implementation of CBM / EHM processes and methodologies.
- Support data analysis efforts to support identification of trends and potential issues.
- Assist in determining operational requirements, data assessments, and process optimization.
- Provide support in preparation of detailed reports on asset performance and EHM activities.
- Support in documentation of EHM methods, workflows, findings, and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Technologist Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Naval Architecture or Equivalent.

Special Position Requirements
- Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Physical Environment: Hybrid position – which is a mix of working from home and onsite (in office, at customer site or on board ships alongside in harbour).
- Travel: Occasional domestic travel maybe required in support of the ships.
