Position: Junior Game Designer
Report to: Team Lead
Department: Pro-production 3D SLG Game Team

Contract length: 3 Months Fixed-Term with potential extension

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the design of various game systems, such as gameplay mechanics and levels, and provide own insights and innovative ideas.
2. Responsible for the game cultural packaging, functional design, and interaction design of specific gameplay features. Write game designing documents according to specifications and collaborate with art and engineering teams to complete production.
3. Collect, analyze, and organize player feedback and pain points, propose effective solutions, and drive optimization efforts.
4. Design game-related creative activities, implement free/paid resources, and enhance player engagement and sense of achievement.
5. Assist in tasks such as map editing, level configuration, data input, and resource management.
6. Other tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of game development experience.
2. Experience in level editor usage and creating graybox prototypes.
3. Preference given to candidates with a passion for mainstream SLG games(simulation & strategy games) and previous experience in full project development.
4. Proficient in either Chinese or English as a working language.(Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly valued as it is essential for frequent communication with our primary facility. )
5. Experience with AI tools.
