Job Details
We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Philippine labor laws, while enhancing our Employer Brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Facilitate candidate selection, prepare job descriptions, and implement the onboarding program for new hires.
HR Operations: Oversee recruitment processes, payroll, and HRIS tasks. Ensure accurate employee records and prepare monthly headcount reports.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
Employee Engagement: Coordinate engagement activities and develop programs to enhance the Employer Brand.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare HR reports and ensure adherence to policies and procedures in line with Philippine practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in HR operations and employee relations, with knowledge of Philippine labor laws and practices.
Strong communication skills and HRIS proficiency.
