The LatAm Portfolio & Finance Partner Jr develops dashboards, monitors innovation projects, and ensures timely system updates. They consolidate financial data, provide strategic financial support to Innovation and Marketing teams, prepare reports for leadership, and drive process improvements to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide a clear overview of the quality of the Innovation Project Portfolio.
- Monitor and evaluate the Innovation Project Pipeline against the BU's objectives.
- Ensure innovation systems are properly updated on time from markets.
- Monthly consolidation and analysis of innovation actuals and forecast for the BU including annual processes as LRP and ABP.
- Partner with Innovation and Marketing teams providing guidance on financial matters, performing analysis and making scenarios; including annual processes.
- Prepare presentations and reports & scenarios for BU LT to communicate portfolio status and strategic recommendations.
- Consolidate, analyze and prepare financial data for categories and A&P effectiveness.
- Continue improvement of processes and ways of working.
- Ad hoc analysis.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2 years of experience in Finance. Experience partnering with commercial functions is a plus
- Advanced English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Financial knowledge (P&L), excel proficiency, skills to generate presentations.
Ability to work independently (by objectives), under pressure and without established instructions or manuals.
