Job Summary

Job Description

As Lead Artist, you will coordinate the Art team and ensure compliance with the game's artistic direction. You will plan and monitor the tasks of the art team, supervise the graphic realization of the project, participate in the management of external collaborators, ensure that the artistic direction is implemented, and unite and mobilize the team around a common project. The studio is looking for a Lead Artist to coordinate the Art team and ensure that the game's artistic direction is followed. The role involves managing the art team's tasks, supervising graphic production, and ensuring artistic vision implementation.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience in video game industry
  • Familiarity with task tracking tools (Jira, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Unreal 5
  • Familiar with 3D design software (Blender, Substance Designer, etc.)
  • Organized and methodical
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)

With 6 games developed in-house including Out There and Sigma Theory as well as 5 published games, the studio has grown from one to fifteen people in a few years.
