The Lead Engineer - Instrumentation and Algorithms will contribute to the conceptualization, design, and development of high-quality medical diagnostic products. They will contribute to the research and development of proof-of-concept in vitro medical devices and instruments. The role involves hands-on work in engineering/biology labs to evaluate and optimize product concepts while adhering to established scientific practices and regulated design control policies. The engineer will also provide a complete system vision to tackle technical or business problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide recommendations for improvements to integrate business criteria and assure quality assurance policies and scientific practices are respected.
