The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering effective learning programs to empower teams, cultivate a strong learning culture, and drive employee growth. The role involves analyzing training needs, developing training content, monitoring performance, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting continuous learning. The specialist will also contribute to digitalizing training programs and identifying training metrics to improve effectiveness and organizational performance. The specialist will also be responsible for initiating and leading continuous process improvement by analyzing performance reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

Must Have:- 2+ years experience in Learning and Development
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
