WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?
· Analyzing training and development needs across the organization and creating tailored training programs accordingly.
· Developing and delivering engaging training content in various formats, including e-learning platforms, in-person sessions and workshops.
· Monitoring employee performance and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and surveys.
· Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for training needs analysis and leveraging external resources when necessary.
· Playing an active role in talent development, leadership programs, and mentoring processes to foster employee growth.
· Updating and enhancing existing training programs based on employee feedback and industry best practices.
· Promoting a culture of continuous learning by encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing within the organization.
· Contributing to the digitalization of training and development programs by integrating innovative learning technologies.
· Identifying and reporting training metrics, providing insights to improve training effectiveness and organizational performance.
· Initiating and leading continuous process improvement by analyzing performance reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING?
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the tech or mobile app industry.
· Bachelor’s degree in related fields. A coaching certificate from an accredited institution is a plus.
· Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak without any trouble in English.
· Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office applications.
· Crystal-clear communication skills. You have to perfectly articulate your ideas in the best possible way.
· Exceptional planning and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. We wouldn’t know what every new day will bring, right?
· A genuine interest in fostering others’ development and promoting a learning culture.
· Being resourceful and proactive in identifying solutions and driving results.
· Ownership attitude to take responsibility for the work you do. You won’t be a newcomer here, you’ll own your thing.
