We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town office.
Responsibilities:
- Read / comprehend contract documents and invoices
- · Conduct data entry into relevant MRI software
- · Flag items requiring additional information to follow up with client stakeholders
- · Knowledge of MRI Occupier software is a plus
- · Actioning Client rents
Experience:
- · 1-2 years of related professional experience
- · Experience reading and abstracting real estate leases
- · Experience with MRI Occupier software is a plus but not essential (Horizon / Prolease / etc)
- · Billing experience
- · Action Reconciliations
Skills:
