Summary

The Logistics Analyst II in Buenos Aires, Argentina, organizes and implements responsibilities related to material and product flow. This includes supply chain services, inventory control, ensuring critical part availability, and material handling. The role involves liaising between sales and operations teams, developing concepts, coordinating product knowledge, providing data analysis for production planning and volume studies, and participating in process improvement efforts. Responsibilities include material flow management, maintaining minimum inventory levels, daily cycle counts, generating reports (RMI, BO, KPIs), supporting production supply, creating ICPOs, and supporting various teams (Production, GOM, Sales Ops, Field Services, other Logistics groups). Inventory control across Argentina is a key focus.
Must have:
  • SAP knowledge
  • Microsoft applications proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • KPI implementation/knowledge
  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Supply chain/logistics experience
Good to have:
  • Industrial Engineering/Management/International Business degree
  • Supply chain certifications
  • SAP management certifications

Objetivo del Cargo

Organiza e implementa una variedad de responsabilidades relacionadas con el flujo de materiales y productos. Las tareas incluyen, entre otras, los servicios de la cadena de suministro, el control de inventarios, la disponibilidad de piezas críticas y la manipulación de materiale. Sirve de enlace entre los equipos de ventas y operaciones para desarrollar conceptos y coordinar el conocimiento de los productos; proporciona análisis de datos para la planificación de la producción y los estudios de volumen; y participa en los esfuerzos de mejora de procesos/calificación. Ayuda a desarrollar planes y procedimientos logísticos.

Responsabilodades

  • Flujo de materiales
  • Control de niveles mínimos de inventarios
  • Recuentos cíclicos diarios en las filiales
  • Ejecutar informes sobre datos específicos a petición (RMI, BO, KPI's, etc)
  • Apoyar y coordinar el suministro a Producción 
  • Apoyo y creación de ICPO bajo demanda

Alcance

  • Control de inventario de Argentina.
  • Apoyo a Producción, GOM, Op. de Ventas, Servicios de Campo, otros grupos Logísticos.

Requisitos

Educación: 

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión, Negocios Internacionales preferiblemente.
  • Certificaciones/especializaciones en cadena de suministro, gestión SAP, indicadores de gestión KPI.

Experiencia: 

  • Mínimo 2 años en un puesto similar.
  • Se valorará experiencia en operaciones logísticas, aprovisionamiento o función de cadena de suministro en general

Requerimientos esenciales: 

  • Conocimientos de SAP 
  • Experiencia con aplicaciones Microsoft, Excel, Power Point.
  • Conocimiento/implementación de KPI’s.

Nivel de inglés: 

  • B1
