Job Description

The Remote Operations Coordinator will support the Sports Remote Operations department at Warner Bros. Discovery. Responsibilities include booking travel (flights, hotels, ground transport) for technical crews, managing logistics with vendors, processing expenses, preparing production materials, assisting with major events, and meeting deadlines. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Experience in TV production and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) are essential; Concur and Ariba experience is a plus. The position is based in Atlanta, GA, but involves remote work with potential for travel.

Must have:

3-5 years TV production experience
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good to have:

Concur and Ariba experience

Your New Role...

The Remote Operations Coordinator will assist with day to day functions of the Sports Remote Operations department. Duties include but not limited to booking logistics for our technical crew such as flights, hotel, ground transportation, expense processing, and preparation of production materials for distribution.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Book travel logistics for technical crew sports productions
Work closely with vendors on logistic requests
Process monthly Corporate Meeting Card
Communicate the status of various production materials
Assist the Remote Operations Manager with tent pole events
Meet deadlines for various items; sometimes tight deadlines

Qualifications & Experience...

3-5 years of experience in TV Production
Computer literacy in Microsoft – Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience in Concur and Ariba is a plus
Strong communication skills
Highly detailed orienanted
Strong problem solving skills
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Travel as needed
This is an Atlanta, GA based position
