Job Description
The Logistics Analyst at Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg will play a crucial role in managing inbound transportation. Responsibilities include operational control of international and national shipments, supporting production start-up and ramp-up, and optimizing the global transport network. This involves planning and controlling material transports, maintaining relationships with transport partners, ensuring excellent service to stakeholders, working with the Transportation Management System (TMS), supporting vendor onboarding, and handling administrative tasks related to shipping documentation and invoice clarification. The role requires strong logistical experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent problem-solving skills within a fast-paced international team.
Must have:
- 4+ years logistics experience
- Logistics education/equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Incoterms knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English
Good to have:
- ADR/IMDG and customs process experience
- Polish or Czech language skills

Im Bereich der Inbound-Transporte bei der Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg werden Sie an allen Aspekten der Inbound-Logistik mitwirken. Dazu gehört die operative Steuerung von internationalen und nationalen Transporten, die Unterstützung des Produktionsstarts und des Hochlaufs der Gigafactory sowie die Optimierung des nationalen und globalen Transportnetzwerks von Tesla.
- Operative und taktische Verantwortung für die Planung und Steuerung von Transporten für direkte Materialien
- Pflege von Beziehungen zu Transportpartnern und allen verbundenen Tesla-Abteilungen
- Sicherstellung eines ausgezeichneten Service für alle Stakeholder während des gesamten Transportprozesses, inklusive schneller Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Problemlösung
- Arbeit mit, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Funktionen im Transportmanagementsystem (TMS)
- Unterstützung während Ausschreibungen und Onboarding-Prozessen von Spediteuren und Lieferanten
- Administrative Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit Transporten (Bereitstellung gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Dokumente, Klärung von Abrechnungsfragen)
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik oder einem verwandten Gebiet, oder gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung mit Nachweis außergewöhnlicher Fähigkeiten
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
- Fähigkeit, in einem internationalen, dynamischen Team in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Kenntnisse allgemeiner Speditionsbegriffe und Standards sowie der Incoterms
- Idealerweise Erfahrung und Qualifikationen im Bereich ADR/IMDG und Zollprozesse
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch erforderlich, weitere Sprachen wie Polnisch oder Tschechisch von Vorteil
- Führerschein
- Bereitschaft, gelegentlich an Wochenenden oder in Nachtschichten zu arbeiten
