We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Design and build large-scale machine learning algorithms to deeply optimize e-commerce search engines. Build machine learning solutions and algorithm strategies by the analysis and mining of many user queries to empower the merchant side and improve the overall matching ability of the platform. Use the large scale of data to deeply analyze the behavior of creators and merchants. Build targeted algorithm strategies to empower creators and merchants, improve merchants' monetization efficiency, and boost industrial upgrading. Support the rapid development of e-commerce business and explore more efficient business models. Guide interns and recent graduates and provide sharing or training to other engineers in the team.

Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related STEM field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related STEM field, and 3 years of post bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Coding using Python or C++; Optimizing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow; Developing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems; and Conducting A/B testing to evaluate model performance, optimizing models based on analytical results, and deploying enhanced models to production environments.
