Our office in Malaysia is looking for a Manager Commercial Finance. This will be a 5 months contract position starting 1 August 2023. This position reports to Commercial Finance Lead. If you have what it takes to be in this role, you are encouraged to apply.

• Ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with Groupe policies
• Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure the accuracy of the revenue numbers
• Needs to conduct weekly WIP sessions with all the brand leads
• Maintain an updated and “clean” WIP account
• Work with GL and Reporting team for closing, RF and Commit
• Manage AP and billing team
• Resolve anomalies
• Ensure billing and remuneration are in line with client contracts
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Analyze variances in client profitability and billings reports

• Around 5 years’ experience in a Creative Agency
• Degree or Diploma qualification in Accounting/Finance
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Spectra Accounting Software
