Summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Prodigious, you'll oversee daily financial operations (payroll, invoicing), prepare and analyze financial submissions for accurate month-end accruals, contribute to quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, and perform variance analysis. You'll supervise internal control processes, ensure FMC reporting accuracy, and continuously improve operational financial reporting. Responsibilities include compliance with accounting policies, ad-hoc analysis, and participation in special projects. Strong collaboration and attention to detail are essential.
Must have:

You will work within a close‐knit team of Operations and Finance professionals as well as interacting regularly with other departments in the organization. You will be involved in executing billing, month-end, reporting, and other operational finance tasks such as overheads control, performance tracking, and transaction analysis. 

Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the day‐to‐day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
  • Prepare and analyze local finance submission to ensure accurate month-end accrual prior to submission to accounting.
  • Assist in developing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for submittal.
  • Review actuals against budget/forecast with the local Operations team to provide details for flux analysis
  • Supervise the control internal process and ensure the accuracy of FMC Reporting.
  • Continuous improvement of Operations financial reporting process and business requirements evolve
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Special projects that may arise for Finance or related programs
  • Perform ad‐hoc analysis or other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Hyperion and Advermind or other Accounting ERPs experience preferred
  • 3+ years of Finance experience preferred preferably in Accounting or FP&A
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration related field (CAP preferred)
