Manager - Planning

Role:

The proposed role is for Associate-Planning, working closely with operation managers, external stakeholders and internal team to drive key reports, dashboards and data management.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  1. Publish daily reports on Catalog sample picking, daily dashboard, go live, catalog queue, WIP lead time report and etc.
  2. Publish weekly/Monthly reports on catalog weekly go live, weekly dashboard and etc.
  3. Ensure that there is adequate WIP all the time for Ready to Issue at catalog WareHouse.
  4. Style prioritization for picking, binning and production, and ensure lead time is met for these as per launch date or any promotional activity.
  5. Admin misc. work like, style status change, MRP change, Season change, Duplicate style creation etc.
  6. Help Floor Manager to clear the styles in “ON HOLD/PMM” Areas if the issues are due to external factors (like Category, WareHouse etc)
  7. Manage and follow up on Kanban Productivity, process model trackers and process related trackers.
  8. Data management of all reports / metrics on a daily /weekly/monthly basis
  9. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on Kanban Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
  10. Support the floor manager and planning team with data on cataloguing WIP/Transit/WH Queue for catalog
