As a Manager of Sales Development at CrowdStrike, you will lead a team of 8-10 SDRs, driving pipeline generation for the Corporate Sales teams. This role involves collaborating in-person, fostering a strong office culture, and cross-functional teamwork. You will mentor SDRs, ensuring they understand their roles in generating revenue. Your responsibilities include managing weekly campaigns, tracking KPIs, sharing outbound prospecting best practices, and partnering with Regional Directors on territory development. You'll also analyze pipeline creation, lead quality, and team performance, supporting the team in achieving goals.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience as a team lead or SDR manager.
  • Proven track record of meeting pipeline targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with sales dashboards and tools.
  • Passion for coaching SDRs to higher performance.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a results-oriented SDR Manager who is ready to change the game! Leading a team of 8-10 SDR's, you are responsible for driving pipeline generation for our Corporate Sales teams. You thrive on in-person collaboration, a strong office culture, and cross-functional teaming. Your passion for on-boarding and mentoring SDRs will develop the future bench for our sales leaders. This role is hybrid and is expected to work from the office three times a week with our SDR teams. This requires you to be within commuting distance of our Sunnyvale, CA office.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team to over-achieve targets and deliver high-quality pipeline.

  • Manage SDRs to execute on weekly campaigns, call-out days and KPIs including daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.

  • Engage with SDRs and managers, sharing best practices in outbound prospecting techniques, including phone, email, social outreach, and use of intent data.

  • Partner with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development.

  • Attract, hire, and develop world-class SDR talent

  • Coach, mentor and motivate to ensure a successful sales development team is in place and understands the role they play in generating revenue for the company.

  • Provide analysis and insights on pipeline creation, lead quality, and team performance to SDR and sales leadership.

  • Collaborate with SDR stakeholders to ensure the team is supported to achieve goals i.e.) marketing, operations, enablement, etc.

  • Serve as a bench to the Corporate Sales teams by coaching & mentoring SDRs; and ensuring timely participation in SDR Readiness and Sales Readiness programs.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 2 years experience as a team lead or SDR manager

  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and KPIs..

  • Strong EQ skills, practicing active-listening and empathy.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and sales dashboards (Tableau, etc.)

  • Passion for coaching your SDRs to higher performance.

  • Organized with problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Possess a growth-mindset: fast learner, motivated, and driven

  • Understands the cybersecurity landscape.

  • 1 year of closing experience for a technology company is a plus!

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $74,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
