Marketing Communications Associate

Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Communications professional for a 5-6 month maternity coverage position at our MNC co-working space client. The ideal candidate will possess native English proficiency and demonstrate extensive experience in content creation and marketing communications for international markets. 

• Drive brand voice and communications strategy across global markets
• Oversee content creation and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels (digital, print, and social media)
• Spearhead thought leadership initiatives and content marketing strategies
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Design, and Regional teams
• Manage the 2025 Summer Internship Programme for HQ Marketing
• Drive our Global Influencer Marketing initiatives

• Native English proficiency with exceptional writing and editing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house communications
• Proven track record in long-form content creation and editorial excellence
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns across multiple channels
• Experience in corporate branding and influencer marketing
• Outstanding project management and leadership abilities
• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mindset with excellent project delivery capabilities
