As a Marketing Insights & Analytics (MI&A) manager, you will deliver tangible business impact for the IGT-Systems business. You will enable the marketing team with strategic and portfolio performance analytics and insights, covering market size and share analysis, competitive trends identification, and underlying win-rate, visibility, and funnel analytics. You will be a key business consultant, integrating relevant in- and external data sources to generate a comprehensive understanding of business performance and translate this into tangible insights and opportunities. You will define drivers for growth through advanced analytics on Marketing, Competitor, Customer and Consumer, Patient, and Payer data sources. You will provide commercial performance insights covering end-to-end sales funnel (visibility, win-rate, funnel velocity, win/loss root cause analysis). You will create reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor initiatives and identify further opportunities and threats.
Must have:
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to visualize data and support decision making.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analyses and create recommendations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong command on MS Office, Qlikview, SAP, Power BI.
  • Ability to position products/solutions for economic value.

As Marketing Insights & Analytics (MI&A) manager, you have the opportunity to deliver tangible business impact for the IGT-Systems business. You enable the marketing team with strategic & portfolio performance analytics and insights, covering market size and share analysis, competitive trends identification and underlying win-rate, visibility and funnel analytics. Your role:

  • Be a key business consultant, integrating relevant in- and external data sources to generate a comprehensive understanding of our business performance and translate this into tangible insights and opportunities.

  • Define drivers for growth through advanced analytics on Marketing, Competitor, Customer and Consumer, Patient, Payer data sources.

  • Provide commercial performance insights covering our end-to-end sales funnel (visibility, win-rate, funnel velocity, win/loss root cause analysis).

  • Create monthly/quarterly reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor our initiatives success and identify further opportunities & threats.

You are part of:

You will be part of the Marketing Operations and Planning team and will work closely together with the Marketing Insights and Analytics Leader of IGT-S. To optimize commercial performance, you effectively work across business (e.g. product management), markets and functions (finance, marketing Intelligence and Analytics), process and data owners.

You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Technical Discipline or equivalent.

  • 5-10+ years of experience in an analytical role (i.e., equity analysis, strategy consulting, corporate finance or other relevant employment).

  • Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses preferred.

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Ability to structure large data sets and to visualize data in a meaningful way for the target audience – supporting effective decision making.

  • Ability to conduct root cause analyses, extrapolate insights and create actionable recommendations under short time frames, based on quantitative and qualitative fact findings (i.e., sample analysis, interviews).

  • Good verbal and written communication skills to be able to convey the impact of monitoring and measured effectiveness of pricing initiatives to major stakeholders (Markets, Business Categories).

  • Strong command on MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), as well as Qlikview, SAP, Power BI.

  • Ability to position product/solutions to capture the economic value it creates for customers.

  • Strong ability to develop and interpret standard financial analyses (e.g. NPV, ROI, and break-even) to inform discussions key stakeholders.

  • Team player and the ability to effectively work across business, functions and markets.

  • Can do mentality with good problem-solving skills.

  • Strong planning skills with ability to deliver.

  • Fluent in oral and written English.
