We are currently hiring an Expert Field Force Effectiveness Manager (M/F).
This is a 6 months temporary contract
This role will report to the NE Expert Marketing Lead and requires skilled interaction and planning across multiple stakeholders. The role is designed to influence and build capabilities for expert-only field force team members and the broader expert organization for France and Benelux. Proficiency in French is essential.
The Expert Field Force Effectiveness (EFFE) Manager is a role that combines end-to-end expert field force effectiveness and expert field force capability building so that we can create the best-in-class expert field force of the future in France and Benelux.
The role is to maximize the performance and potential of our reps and managers, to increase reach, engagement, and recommendations of Experts through a multichannel strategy.
The role will ensure to:
Drive expert field force effectiveness in their respective markets, supported by a robust Segmentation & Targeting approach, and build a high-performing team to grow expert recommendation and penetration for priority Haleon brands and categories.
Help develop and improve tools (CRM) and processes to manage and monitor performance, such as Power BI reports, to generate insights, and work with markets to act for improvement.
Contribute to our Northern Europe community of practice to provide best practices from its markets and stimulate synergies between markets.
Develop expert field force capabilities and embed the POWER framework, focusing on science, systems, tools, and commercial capabilities in partnership with the BU expert content lead.
Deploy the 7 principles and tools of the Expert Field Force of the Future with a clear roadmap per market, in partnership with local Expert Teams and tech business partners.
Manage the Sales Incentive Plan by market.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance the execution of expert Field Force strategies through improved insights and analytics.
Manage Multichannel Expert Activation analytics, tracking performance and program implementation in collaboration with the local Expert Field Force Manager and LOC Expert lead.
Utilize the Northern Europe Power BI dashboard to monitor expert field force productivity, track Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) performance, and oversee Multichannel activations for LOC, in partnership with the BI & Data Analytics team and local Expert Sales Lead.
Monitor the impact of expert initiatives through aligned metrics for effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring benchmarking and consistency across NE markets, in coordination with the Expert Marketing BU Lead and colleagues.
Conduct regular analyses of expert field force productivity, providing insights on channel efficiency or effectiveness gaps, and collaborate with LOCs to implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the LOC Expert Sales Lead to identify and support potential initiatives requiring above-market support and resources.
Facilitate the implementation of any enhancements to the Veeva system and offer assistance to LOCs on Veeva processes.
Co-lead the expert field force community of practice, fostering the identification and sharing of best practices while promoting synergies between markets.
Unlock potential of strategic initiatives:
Develop and lead the deployment of the Northern Europe (NE) expert field force capability strategy at the local level, ensuring alignment with the global expert program.
Embed the POWER development framework and My Skills competency assessment, identifying training and development needs, and integrating global or BU capability programs.
Create a clear roadmap for expert field force based on the 7 principles and FSFA initiatives & tools at the local level, in collaboration with the BU Expert Marketing Lead, LOC Expert Sales Lead, and BU tech & BI business partners.
Lead expert segmentation and targeting planning and execution at the local level, including aligning territory management and efficiently allocating expert field force resources across different HCP segments to optimize reach, frequency, and engagement.
Provide Sales Incentive Plans to LOCs to ensure adherence to principles.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Global Veeva, Global data, Knowledge Centre, BI analytics, BU tech, and key partners on expert field force initiatives for LOC.
Embed and ensure an efficient and effective working model between BU and LOC.
Provide data and insights to create Plans to Win and Annual Brand Plans, focusing on audience and channel perspectives, and advising on appropriate priorities and investment levels.
Drive expert capability and understanding across the business beyond the expert field force community of practice and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team.
This role will require close collaboration with BU and local Expert Sales Lead, expert field force teams, NE tech & BI business partner, BU expert teams and global expert team.
Qualifications and skills:
Minimum 3 years in sales/expert leadership or commercial excellence roles.
Proficient in data modeling, analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com/Veeva), Power BI, and advanced Excel.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for generating insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication, influencing, and resilience for effective leadership.
Ability to set and track objectives, understand commercial impact, and manage projects.
Skilled in collaboration across diverse organizational levels and countries.
Fluent in English and French.
