The Media Effectiveness Specialist will consult with advertisers and agencies to understand their measurement goals and leverage Google's measurement products. Responsibilities include developing and activating advanced measurement strategies (incrementality experiments, marketing mix modeling, full-funnel measurement, attribution), defining and executing incrementality experiments, driving adoption of high-quality Marketing Mix Models (MMMs), and partnering with sales teams to drive measurement solution adoption. The role requires fluency in English and Italian and strong communication and investigative abilities to understand and meet client business needs. This involves translating client needs into product adoption opportunities and working with stakeholders to achieve business goals through effective media strategies. The position is based in Milan, Italy.
