Job Description
负责NIKKE全球IP品牌营销策划，包括全球IP品牌异业合作、IP周边品牌规划、IP衍生内容等能扩大 IP影响力的延伸性合作；
对游戏产品有较强的理解，能有效将游戏产品的特色与外部IP做跨界结合，并放大游戏产品自身的内容魅力；
有较强的创意内容策划和审美能力，能够制定明确内容标准并以此把控相应产出，保证内容的高品质视觉呈现，监控和评估效果并完成内容迭代；
负责与内外部团队协同合作，有很强的沟通推进能力，能有效把控项目的节奏，合理规划内容产出和传播节点，确保合作内容在玩家圈层的传播有效性；
岗位要求
2、二次元重度用户，有大量的番剧观看经验，对于二次元游戏内容有良好的视觉审美能力；
3、协调和统筹能力教强，自驱力强，结果导向，开拓创新，有较强的抗压能力；
4、五年以上游戏市场经验，有地区IP联动资源及周边衍生品制作经验优先；
5、熟练掌握以下任一语言优先考虑：英语/日语/韩语。
