Job Description

The North America Regional Employer Branding Manager is responsible for supporting and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans in the North American market. Responsibilities include contributing to and implementing the employer branding (EB) and communication strategy, analyzing local brand equity to suggest improvements, managing the regional EB budget, executing EB campaigns adhering to global standards, collaborating with agencies and internal departments, organizing EB events to boost loyalty, managing internal/external relations, creating marketing materials, conducting competitive analysis, producing performance reports, and planning/launching regional EB initiatives aligned with global strategies. The role involves planning and organizing events, managing internal document flow, creating social media content, and ensuring alignment with global standards.

Project description

Employer Branding Regional Manager is responsible for support and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans on the local market

Responsibilities

Provide input for planning and high-quality execution of the employer branding (EB) and communication strategy in the dedicated region

Constant analysis of local brand equity and propose measures and ideas for continuous improvement of Company’s positive image on the local market, increasing brand awareness and supporting Employer Branding activities

Supervision and follow up of the EB budget allocated to the region and monitoring the successive updating and revision phases

Execute EB, media and communication campaigns in the local region following the global standards

Cooperation with business partners (marketing agencies, graphic designers),

Close cooperation with other departments of the Company in marketing campaigns planning and implementation

Working on EB events in order to increase candidates’, employees’ and clients’ loyalty towards the Company

Internal & external relations and campaign management , collateral creation of brochures and other company materials, competition analysis

Produce reports to monitor results

Participation in planning and launching EB initiatives on the local market in alignment with global standards and strategy

Planning and organizing events and conferences

Process internal documents flow

Creating content for social media including internal portal

Skills

Must have
