Where and how you can work...

We have offices expanding across multiple locations in New Zealand and Australia. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Auckland office, working Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

You will primarily support our Auckland office, with occasional travel to our nearby Auckland site and Hamilton office, ensuring smooth operations across all locations. As a valued member of the team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, supportive work environment, while gaining valuable experience across multiple locations and teams.

Your day-to-day...

  • Be the warm, dependable face of the office - the go-to for support, creating a welcoming experience for both employees and guests.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations by managing supplies, shared spaces, equipment, and service providers.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, deliveries, and workspace logistics to support smooth employee experiences.
  • Champion health, safety, and wellbeing through inductions, monitoring risks, and maintaining policy compliance.
  • Perform regular safety checks and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, report, and resolve workspace and vehicle-related risks.
  • Deliver smooth onboarding experiences in collaboration with the People Team, ensuring new starters feel supported from day one.
  • Plan and coordinate in-office events that bring teams together and reflect Entain’s values.
  • Create a professional, people-first environment that supports daily needs and strengthens internal communication and connection.
