*Location:* Remote

*Pay:* $21.99 - $28.00 per hour

*Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (40 hours per week)

## Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Online Chat Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong background in the air freight industry.

## Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat.

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

- Assist customers with order tracking, shipping issues, and general inquiries.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues.

- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

## Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (entry-level).

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the air freight industry.

- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in using chat platforms and customer service software.
