The ideal candidate has advertising/B2B marketing experience, strong copywriting skills, and project management abilities. Experience in kids' and family entertainment is a plus. This role requires proficiency in LinkedIn, social media management tools, Microsoft Office, and design software.

About the Role 

We seek an organized Marketing Coordinator to support our Media Solutions commercial team. In collaboration with WildBrain’s MarCom team, you will execute B2B marketing activities to raise awareness of our unique offering by managing our LinkedIn presence, crafting engaging content, and assisting with marketing initiatives that promote our media solutions business. The ideal candidate will possess advertising industry experience (in-house or agency) or B2B marketing experience, solid copywriting skills, and project management abilities to effectively implement marketing strategies that position WildBrain Media Solutions with major brand advertisers and media agencies (primarily in the US). Passion or experience in kids’ and family entertainment and/or gaming is encouraged. This role will report to the Marketing Manager – Media Solutions, located in Los Angeles.  

Job Description

LinkedIn Management: 

  • Develop, curate, and manage content for the WildBrain Media Solutions LinkedIn page, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing goals. 

  • Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and increase audience reach. 

  • Engage with followers and industry influencers to foster relationships and enhance community engagement. 

Support Media Solutions Team: 

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, events, and promotional materials. 

  • Work with the team to conduct market research, identify trends and insights, and aid in the creation of corresponding advertising and marketing materials. 

  • Collaborate with the WildBrain MarCom team to develop cohesive marketing messages and materials. 

  • Maintain comprehensive campaign reporting templates and deliver insightful post-campaign analysis to help drive future business 

  • Assist Media Solutions Team with the creation of PowerPoint responses to RFPs 

  • Help in the creation of meeting decks, case studies, and other client-facing presentations 

Content Creation: 

  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing collateral. 

  • Coordinate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content that resonates with our audience. 

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness. 

  • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing, digital marketing and/or advertising industry preferred. 

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and familiarity with social media management tools. 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and Canva. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Excellent PowerPoint abilities. 

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
