Join us as an experienced Operations IT Business Owner and you’ll have the unique opportunity to drive digital transformation in Operations, shape the future of our global ERP landscape, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and data governance across the organization! You will optimize our Operations IT landscape, drive ERP integration, and automate key processes. As a key contributor to our global ERP project, you will define and prioritize operational IT requirements to align with our 2027 target steering model. Collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, and Markets, you’ll enhance efficiency and data governance across the organization.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Design and manage an integrated IT landscape for Operations.

• Act as the key Operations representative in the global ERP project.

• Define, collect, and prioritize ERP requirements for Operations.

• Automate manual processes and implement best-practice solutions.

• Establish standardized processes aligned with ERP standards.

• Own and optimize Operations IT tools and ensure data governance.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Markets to align digital transformation initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Operations IT, ERP implementation, or process optimization.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA), process automation, and data governance.

• Proven experience in leading IT transformation projects.

• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
