Team
Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
Under the supervision of the Global Payroll Manager:
Role
- Drive local payroll providers
- Participate in the payroll preparation and processing for our French and International entities
- Participate in payroll declarations related to equity vesting and perform French statutory reporting
- Carry out daily tasks and employees support in regards to the benefits administration (lunch vouchers, health insurances, child daycare, employees savings plans, transportation)
- Organize benefits benchmarks and ensure our total package competitiveness for our French and International entities
Profile
- A first experience in Payroll processing, preferably in an international environment
- Proficient in Excel / Google SheetStrong sense of rigor and agility
- Full proficiency in French and English
- You have outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English
- Team player and problem solving enthusiasm: you go beyond identifying issues or challenges and focus on how to address them
