Job Description

Growe is seeking a People Partner to provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, 1-to-1 meetings, and offboarding. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, given the international team across LatAm and Africa. Responsibilities include managing HR systems, participating in interviews, developing specialists through PDPs, resolving conflicts, and contributing to HR analytics. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of HR experience, proficiency in English and intermediate Spanish, and experience working with international teams. Prior IT/iGaming experience is a plus.

  • Proactively identify and resolve conflict situations within the team;

  • Contribute to HR analytics preparation to gain insights into workforce trends and dynamics.

We need your professional experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role, such as People Partner or HR Manager;

  • Demonstrated experience working with international teams, preferably in a multicultural environment;

  • Proficiency in English;

  • At least Intermediate Spanish knowledge;
  • Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and various motivational techniques;

  • Previous experience in the IT/iGaming industry will be considered a plus.
