Job Description

The People Partner will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals. They will collaborate to create and implement consistent people practices, provide coaching and mentorship, lead talent management efforts, design organizational structures, drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and utilize data to shape HR strategies. The role focuses on supporting the Marketing and Finance teams within the company.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within a product-led environment.
  • Strong track record in mentoring and coaching, especially in marketing talent.
  • Innovative mindset with experience in creative HR solutions.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication.
Good to have:
  • Education in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and adaptable People Partner in Austin, TX to support our Marketing and Finance teams. In this role you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Finance and the Chief Marketing Officer.

By bringing strategic expertise, innovative solutions, and proactive leadership to the table, you’ll help define the Human Resources landscape for our Marketing and Finance divisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate across the organization to create and implement consistent, high-impact people practices.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship across the organization, with a focus on enhancing leadership and management skills within the marketing domain.
  • Lead talent management efforts, including performance management, development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and manage transitions.
  • Drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engagement strategies within the marketing context.
  • Utilize data and analytics to shape HR strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Join the People Partners community to collaborate on vision and strategy while maintaining full autonomy within your dedicated teams.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

You’ll need:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a product-led environment.
  • Strong track record in mentoring and coaching, particularly in building relationships and developing marketing talent.
  • Innovative mindset with experience in rolling out creative HR solutions and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in English, ensuring effective communication and rapport with our diverse teams.
  • Education in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus, but not mandatory. We highly value recent and relevant international training programs or professional development experiences.
