With a diverse team spread across three continents, we’re building the leading Chat Marketing platform that is used — and loved — by more than 1.5 million customers worldwide.
We’re looking for a Legal Director to join our Finance team and lead Manychat’s global legal strategy and execution. You’ll be a hands-on business partner to leaders across the company and manage all legal matters related to corporate governance, commercial agreements, compliance, privacy, and risk. You’ll also directly manage a Barcelona-based Legal Counsel and lay the foundation for a high-performing, scalable legal team.
This role is about enabling the business to move fast without taking on unnecessary risk. You’ll help simplify legal processes, protect what matters, and partner across the company to make sure legal is always a strategic enabler — never a blocker.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in international, high-growth environments and is ready to have a lasting impact on the legal infrastructure of a global technology company.
