We are seeking a Backend Developer who’s all about building smart tech and even better experiences for users. Our cross-functional mobile teams cover a wide range of tasks, allowing  engineers to work on various product components. We believe that mobile is key to our platform’s future, and you’ll play a key role in shaping that future.

Here, product development goes beyond coding — it’s about creating meaningful value. We’re looking for someone who sees technology as a way to deliver business wins and takes technical quality seriously.

You’ll join an engineering culture, where ownership is real: teams decide how they build and deliver, always with company goals in mind. Plus, you’ll connect with our internal tech groups, helping raise the bar even higher.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Contribute to the core value of the product by improving template discovery, the basic automation building experience, in-app monetization, developing new features for affiliates and infopreneurs, and advancing the Smart Inbox experience.
• Take an active role in meetings, offering insights and input to refine the product backlog and foster consensus during decision-making processes.
• Shape our growth by helping evolve processes in the company and inside the teams, and onboarding new employees.
• Work closely with other mobile developers and your manager to shape the overall development strategy for the mobile stream, aligning it with product goals.
• Take ownership of results by committing to team goals and the product, ensuring accountability for the overall result.
• Share your expertise with the external community by writing articles for our blog and participating as a speaker at professional conferences.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

You'll need:

• Over 3 years of experience in a product-focused development environment, serving as a Backend engineering expert and domain owner, and comfortable working with PHP 8.3.
• Experience working with the relational databases (we use PostgreSQL).
• Ability to write testable code and test cases.
• Passion for contributing results to the user experience and future product strategy growth.
• An upper-intermediate level (B2) of English or higher is essential, as we conduct a significant part of our communication in English.

It would be great if you have:

• Knowledge of different NoSQL solutions and analytical systems.
• Replication, partitioning, sharding, PL/pgSQL, and other attributes of profound work with databases.
• Experience working with high-load project environments and queue systems.
• Infrastructure domain knowledge and proven experience working with different solutions.
• Experience working with third-party API integrations.
