Our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team manages business planning, financial forecasting and analysis, corporate development, and fundraising. As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll partner with Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Product to manage promotional investments and cost of revenue (COR) expenses across multiple DraftKings’ verticals. You’ll be responsible for forecasting, performance monitoring, and investment modeling to optimize promotional effectiveness and support business growth.
Create strong business partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to support planning and decision-making.
Serve as a key representative to help model, structure, execute, and track promotional investments and performance.
Support and optimize a rolling 12-month monthly forecasting process, annual Operating Plan, and multi-year strategic plans focused on promotional spend.
Produce and interpret weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying trends, risks, and actionable opportunities.
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support ROI assessments and operational planning.
Monitor forecasts and benchmark performance; identify sources of deviation and ensure action is taken based on new information.
Collaborate closely with Accounting to support month-end reconciliation of promotional and COR accruals.
Help improve FP&A tools, systems, and reporting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or another analytical role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or another quantitative field.
Experience analyzing and managing promotional spend and/or cost of goods sold is strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with a range of cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in financial analysis methods, concepts, and tools.
Extensive experience with Excel; experience with PowerPoint and financial systems such as OneStream or Hyperion is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 71,200.00 USD - 89,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
