We are looking for a People Partner Associate. The position will be located in Paita, Piuta and will support leaders and colleagues as part of the new People Partnering Organization.

 

About the Position and What we Offer

 

The People Partner name says it all:  you will partner with and support people in transitioning to the new Frontliners People Organization. At the operational level, you will work with local stakeholders assessing them to enhance leadership impact and bringing support to solve HR related matters withing the sites in the operation with practical matters, such as giving support to leaders and employees, giving support the delivery of the HR annual cycle and the transition to the new HR FLPO model, caring about compliance, and so forth.

 

At a regional level, you will oversee the transition of the current HR organization into the new People Partnering model. This means you will be the main point of contact for our HR colleagues working in the countries in the region, supporting them in delivering this transition locally. You will also collaborate with the Regional Project Partners, the Change & Communication and Organization Design work streams within the central Project Team, and the Global HR Business Partner for the HR function.

 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Be sparring partner to regional teams during the creation of the new FLPO organization in LAM.

  • Act as Project Manager for specific strategies and coordinate regional activities for the new regional organizational structure.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners on the People Strategy to support the organization.

  • Coordinate regional people moves and act as central point of contact for in-country HR across the Americas.

  • Give advice and assessment to leaders and employees on various HR matters.


What we are looking for :

Before the checklist of skills and qualifications, we’ll start with the must-have: you must be willing and able to work in Piura - Peru, for this role, as one of your key responsibilities it to support building the new FLPO organization to be able to deliver HR services to our business in our Depots and Warehouses.

 

As for the skills and experience, we are looking for:

  • Solid experience in roles such as generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager with advanced English proficiency.

  • Experience working with operational personnel.

  • Proven experience in implementing regional/global processes, project management skills, and demonstrated ability to lead initiatives.

  • Good understanding of Peru's Labor Law and ability to adapt to changing regulations.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to deliver through others, and experience with change management.

  • Self-driven, energetic, proactive, and caring mindset, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
