Job Description

Gameforge, a leading free-to-play online game publisher in Karlsruhe, Germany, seeks an HR Intern. The intern will support the HR team in daily tasks, gaining experience in recruiting, employer branding, personnel management, and development. Responsibilities include administrative tasks in recruiting and personnel management (job postings, applicant management, contract administration, filing, reference preparation), data maintenance in the personnel management system, creating personnel statistics, assisting with recruiting events, and participating in special projects. The ideal candidate is studying business administration, social sciences, or humanities, has good English and German skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and strong MS Office skills.

As Intern* Human Resources you will support our HR team in their daily work and gain extensive insights into all HR topics.

Your mission

  • You take over administrative tasks in recruiting and personnel management:

    • Formulation and publication of job advertisements

    • Applicant management

    • Contract administration

    • Filing and documentation

    • Preparation of references

  • You support us with data maintenance in our personnel management system

  • You create personnel statistics

  • You help us with possible recruiting events

  • You take on exciting special projects

Your skills

  • You are studying business administration, social sciences or humanities

  • You are interested in HR issues (and in administrative tasks)

  • You have good to very good English and German skills

  • You have a "can do" mentality and drive

  • You like working in a team and want to bring you and your abilities to the fore

  • You work systematically and accurately, and know how to handle complex tasks without losing your cool

  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office programs
