As a Performance Manager at Scopely's Monopoly GO! studio, you'll drive revenue growth and develop live performance strategies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing live performance strategies focusing on revenue, user engagement, and retention; collaborating with cross-functional teams (LiveOps, product, analytics, art, content, marketing, community, CS, and VIP teams) to analyze data, implement features and tactics, create engaging content, and build campaigns; supervising key performance metrics (e.g., revenue per user, retention rates); and making data-driven decisions to optimize live activities. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of gaming industry trends, excellent communication, and project management expertise. Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Looker, or Tableau is essential.

Scopely is looking for a  Performance Manager to join our Monopoly GO game in Tel Aviv (Israel) on a hybrid basis!

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become one of Scopely’s largest games enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
As a Performance Manager at one of Scopely’s biggest casual gaming studios,  you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing live performance strategies for our game.

You will work closely with the LiveOps, product, analytics, art and content teams to plan out the game’s day to day live activities, design and implement revenue-generating strategies, procedures and tactics, as well as analyze data and user behavior to optimize monetization, retention and live-ops efforts.
 
What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement live performance strategies for our game, with a strong focus on improving revenue, user engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to analyze user data and player behavior to find opportunities for monetization, engagement and user retention
  • Work with the product development teams to craft and implement various features, procedures and tactics
  • Work closely with the art and content teams to craft and perfect outstanding art assets for a multitude of channels, both in game and externally
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standard processes for game monetization, game performance and live-ops
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build campaigns and promotions which drive user acquisition, retention and engagement
  • Supervise and report key performance metrics, such as revenue per user and retention rates, and make data-driven decisions to improve our live activities
  • Work with community, CS and VIP teams to better understand our community of players and draw imperative feedback to further strengthen our live activities 
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a monetization or performance manager, with a proven track record of driving meaningful metric growth. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sophisticated data and draw actionable insights.
  • In depth knowledge of gaming industry trends and standard methodologies - a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Looker or Tableau.
