Job Description:
The Ecommerce Content Manager is responsible for collecting, organizing and renaming existing images from partner brands to prep
them for use by the Pattern creative team. They will communicate with Ecommerce Project Managers, Art Directors and Senior
Ecommerce Managers to locate assets and then match those assets to individual products in our database. This work lays the
foundation for designers, photographers, and retouchers to create the best ecommerce content for each brand.
Core Responsibilities
• Collect existing assets from cloud storage, DAMs, website scrapes, etc.
• Use product database information to match image assets to products
• Use automated batch renaming tools to rename files to appropriate naming conventions
• Upload files to the Pattern DAM and other cloud storage sites for use by the creative team
• Organize files into collections of images for each product
• Create spreadsheet reports which show available image content and highlights missing content
• Help identify where missing content could be created from existing content
• Collaborate with e-commerce project Managers to clean up other product data necessary for creative team image
production projects

• Deliver inspiring and exceptional creative copywriting and process
• Able to view a copywriting project from a strategic perspective
• A deep understanding of the industry and market trends and how to create a unique process within the creative department
• Develop skills in staff/personnel management
• Confidence in managing large sets of data when bulk uploading, modifying, and downloading images/data from those
DAM/PIM systems
• Extreme attention to detail in following file organization and naming conventions
• Use of validation tools and techniques to ensure data integrity
• Basic image editing skills - batch resizing, cropping, saving as new file types, etc
• Ability to use scripts and automation to process large amounts of files efficiently
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• 12-18 Months of experience in the same or similar jobs
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience working with DAMs/PIMs
• Knowledge of the English language - advanced level
• Excellent communication skills
