Role Summary

As a Senior QA Tester at Founders Workshop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative software products. This position requires a meticulous and analytical approach to testing, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with development teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects, ensuring that all aspects of our software meet rigorous quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Comprehensive Testing: Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure software functionality meets specifications.
• Quality Assurance Best Practices: Apply industry-leading testing methodologies to ensure the integrity and quality of all software products.
• Collaborative Testing Efforts: Work closely with development teams to identify bugs and issues, ensuring they are addressed prior to release.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing process refinement and improvement to enhance software quality and tester efficiency.
• Ensure Product Excellence: Maintain rigorous quality control through systematic tests and quality assurance practices to uphold our commitment to deliver superior software consistently.
  
  

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience in quality control testing with web, mobile, and API applications.
• 1-2 years of experience in writing requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of functional testing and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, and AIO).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Experience with Agile methodology is an advantage.
• Bonus points if you have worked in a startup or owned your own business
• Experienced QA Professional: Bring a solid background in software testing with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
• Adaptable: Quick to adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements, ensuring smooth transitions.
